Important information about a new warehouse in Ulricehamn

A cornerstone of Skydda Group’s total offering is efficient, reliable, and value-creating logistics. To further optimise our logistics, while also fulfilling new requests from our customers, we will move into a more modern and flexible warehouse in May. 

A cornerstone of Skydda Group’s total offering is efficient, reliable, and value-creating logistics. To further optimise our logistics, while also fulfilling new requests from our customers, we will move into a more modern and flexible warehouse in May.  

Together with our partner in logistics, Logistikpartner, we will relocate to their new facility in the Rönnåsen industrial area in Ulricehamn.  

The move will not have any major impact on you as a customer, but we would like to inform you that deliveries during May will be sent from two different warehouses in Ulricehamn: the current facility in the Karlsnäs industrial area and the new facility in the Rönnåsen industrial area.  


How will the warehouse relocation affect me? 

Answer: There will be no major impact for you as a customer. Relocation is expected to take place over the weekends in early to mid-May. During these weeks, you may receive split deliveries from two warehouses, but our goal is for these to be delivered to you at the same time. You can track your goods via skydda.se and see whether the delivery will come in one or more packages, as well as see the delivery status. If you do not have login credentials, you are welcome to contact Customer Service department and we will create this for you. Why does the delivery note look different?

Answer: Due to the move, the appearance of the delivery note will also change, but the content will be the same. 



Why have I not received all the order lines on my order? 

Answer: Since the move will be carried out over a longer period, you will receive split deliveries from two warehouses. We strongly recommend waiting a few days before making a claim for items you have not yet received; they will most likely be delivered shortly after the first delivery. 



What happens to my weekly order if I have items to be picked from two locations?

Answer: You will receive two deliveries and our goal is that these will be delivered at the same time.


How do I register a return order? 

Answer: Any returns must be registered as usual via skydda.com


Where do I send returns?

Answer: The address is printed on the return report, which is emailed to you after you apply for your return as usual via Skydda.com from 22nd of May, returns must be sent to:
